We accept eligible return, refund, or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Please email service@cytea.com with:
- Order number
- The item name
- Clear photos or videos of the issue, if applicable
- A brief description of your request

At Chayan, your satisfaction means everything to us. Because tea and snacks are food products, we generally only accept returns for unopened items in original condition. Opened consumable items are typically not eligible for physical return.
Tea Essentials & Merchandise
You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 14 days of receving your order. To be eligible, items must not be excessively used, damaged, or contaminated, and the original packaging should remain in good condition where applicable.
Once approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method. The exact arrival time depends on your payment provider, but it is usually 3–7 business days.
We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to quality or company issue. In this case, we will send a pre-paid laber via email for return. Otherwise, customers are responsible for ship the order back within 14th days we proved the return.
