Return and Refund Policy

CYYS Jasmine Tea (and our affiliates, hereinafter referred to as “CYYS”, “we” or “us”) is committed to providing products that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, exchanges, and refund in accordance with the following conditions. Please review the terms below to ensure your request is eligible.

1. Eligibility for Return and Refund

• Food and drink items

For food and drink items, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for return, but may be eligible for refund if the product is found to be defective, damaged upon delivery, or significantly different from its description within [ ] days of receipt. We may require proof of purchase and damage, including photos or other verification documents to verify eligibility.

• Other non-food items

For other non-food items, you may return and exchange it within [14] days after the receipt of the order. Exchange is limited to the same collection as purchased, subjected to stock availability. Other exchange requests will be reviewed and subjected to CYYS's approval.

* Please note：

• if you purchased CYYS items at another retailer (if any), you’ll need to return the purchase to that retailer.

• Gift cards (if any) cannot be returned.

• Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

2. Return and Refund Processing

• Submission of requests

Return, exchange and refund requests must be submitted to [service@cytea.com] within the period as prescribed above. Proof of purchase is required for returns.

• Review and processing

Uponreceiving your request, we will review it. For food items, refund will be issued once we have verified the damage or quality issue. For other non-food items, you need to ensure the items are unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging. We will process the exchange or refund after receiving the returned item.

• Refund rules

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method and cannot be redirected to another account. The refund amount is the price you originally paid for the purchased items, excluding applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank’s processing time. We shall not be liable for any delay in refund caused by reasons not attributable to us.

3. Additional Terms

• Right to deny requests

CYYS reserves the right to deny any return or refund requests if fraud or misuse is suspected or confirmed.

• Information collection and limitations

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.

We may update or revise this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this policy regularly for any changes.
